We offer a We offer a 60-day return policy for our products so that you have enough time to try out the product in use.

Contact customer service at contact@miskicosmetics.de to initiate the return.

Cancellation of order:

Orders can be cancelled free of charge IF our order has not been further processed in our system.

Unfortunately, once the order has been further processed, it cannot be cancelled and all returns will be processed according to normal returns procedures.

- Uncollected packages: Uncollected / undeliverable packages will incur a fee of €9.90 to cover the costs incurred by us. The package will be held at the collection point for seven days before being returned to us. Please note that if you wish to return the package, you must first collect the package and follow our return instructions. Failure to collect the package from the post office / refusing delivery does not constitute a return.

- Uncollected packages are not covered by the normal return policy.

- If the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong products, product quality problems), you do not need to pay return shipping fee.

- If the return is due to a customer problem (e.g. I don't like/want the product, ordered wrong product), return shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged product, contact contact@miskicosmetics.de for replacement products.

Packages sent to the wrong address:

Always make sure your shipping address is correct. Once the order has been received, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to the address or other details.

Please note that miskicosmetics.de is not obliged to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
