60-day risk-free trial period

The 100% satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.

We offer a 60-day return policy for our products so that you have sufficient time to try out the product in use.

Contact customer service at contact@miskicosmetics.de to initiate the return.

Cancellation of order:

orders can be canceled free of charge IF our order has not been processed further in our system.

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed further, the order can no longer be canceled and all returns will be made in accordance with normal returns procedures.

- Uncollected parcels: A charge of €9.90 will be made for uncollected / undeliverable parcels to cover the costs incurred by us. The parcel will be held at the collection point for seven days before being returned to us. Please note that you will need to collect the parcel first and follow our return instructions if you wish to return the parcel. Failure to collect the parcel from the post office / refusal of delivery does not constitute a return.

- Uncollected parcels are not covered by the normal returns policy.

- If the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong products, product quality problems), you do not have to pay a return fee.

- If the return is due to a customer problem (e.g. I don't like/want the product, wrong product ordered), the shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.

Parcels sent to the wrong address:

Always make sure that your shipping address is correct. Once the order has been received, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the address or other details.

Please note that miskicosmetics.de is not obliged to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
