Returns are possible within 30 days. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:

  • Products must be in original condition with original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
  • Order number
  • Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect (only if your product arrived damaged)


If the problem is deemed valid, we will assume all costs to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.


Always make sure your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of postage with a track and trace code. Sending your return by post without a track & trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you by email that the returned item has been received. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:

a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. Made by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made products).
c. which are clearly personal in nature.
i.e. which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not covered by the return policy. The reason for this is hygiene. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
f. Products to be returned within 30 days of arrival.



Cancellation of Orders

You can only cancel your order 5 minutes after placing the order. After 5 minutes our orders are stopped in the processing process and after that a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
